Keerti, also known as Kit, has been associated with the Gait and Posture Centre since 2007 after having studied Osteopathic Medicine at the British School of Osteopathy and Oxford Brookes University, graduating with a BSc (Hons).

He has a keen interest in the treatment of arthritic problems with functional and conservative Osteopathic technique, to promote better joint movement and reduce pain effectively.

As director of studies for the department of Osteopathic Medicine at Sri Sri University, India, he has helped develop India’s first degree in Osteopathy and continues to be part of the faculty for both post and undergraduate students.

Kit supports Simon Costain in taking a wider view of postural problems that originate from foot and ankle concerns, which may affect pelvic and spinal posture. The combination of Orthotics and Osteopathy has proven to be highly effective in improving biomechanics and function.

Outside of clinic Kit is a keen musician and producer, recording and directing a number of studio and stage performances and has been a meditation and breathwork trainer with the Art of Living Foundation for more than 20 years. He has been a strong advocate of these practices and understands the importance they play in managing clinical concerns associated with chronic pain, anxiety and rehabilitation.
